Brian has a long electoral winning streak, having won four mayoral elections in Democrat-majority Franklin. He was elected as a Somerset County Commissioner from 2015 - 2020, where he served as Director in 2019.
A strong family man, Brian is married to Lori, and the couple have two children.
Brian is an MBA/CPA in private practice who has extensive knowledge of public finance and budgeting. He is also an accomplished chess player. He is a statewide leader who was recognized as a Freeholder of the Year by the New Jersey Conference of Mayors in 2017.
ALHAJI "NOAH" FOFANAH
Noah works for Legend Biotech where he is involved in the manufacturing of cancer treatments for patients with myeloma. He has a B.S. from Kean University in Business Management.
Residing in Ward 5, Noah lives with his wife and young son. He is a devout Muslim.
Noah faithfully served in the US Army. He is currently the president of the Sierra Leone American Veterans Organization (SAVO) and he is the organizing secretary for Mandain Global USA.
Noah is part of the largest Sierra Leone organization in our state called the Sierra Leonean Community of New Jersey (SLCNJ). Because he has a passion for helping people in need, Noah has worked with the mayor’s office and the Franklin Township Police Department to mentor youth - keeping them out of trouble and counseling them about college.
Frank has been a successful small business owner for the past 18 years. He currently works for the Plainfield Area Regional Sewerage Authority and previously worked for the Franklin Township Sewerage Authority.
Frank values his family and community. He lives in Ward 3 and is happily married to his wife of 25 years and has 3 children who are all pursuing higher education after growing up attending Franklin Public schools.
Frank’s early career included volunteering with the Franklin Park Fire House where he served as a lieutenant and engineer.
